This work emerged from my own journey through deep burnout, recovery, and the process of rebuilding sustainable vitality.
For many years, I was deeply committed to healthy living, including nourishing nutrition, yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic practices. Yet during an intensely demanding phase of life, my system became profoundly depleted. Where I once felt vibrant and resilient, I began experiencing persistent fatigue and a growing range of physiological imbalances. The wellness tools I had relied on for years were no longer restoring my energy the way they once had.
It became clear that I needed to understand energy and recovery at a much deeper level.
This realization led me into years of focused study, research, integration, and practical application. Through this work, I developed a structured approach to rebuilding sustainable vitality, one that combines personalized insight, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies that fit into real daily life.
My work bridges modern health science, behavioral change science, and holistic traditions such as yoga and Ayurveda.
Today, I guide women in rebuilding steady, sustainable vitality through practices that are intelligent, personalized, and grounded in how the body actually recovers and adapts over time.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Health and Human Performance, and am a Clinical Ayurveda Specialist, Yoga and Meditation teacher, a Certified Health Coach, and a Certified Sleep Science Coach.
