I have been in the health and wellness field for over 25 years and have the following trainings, degrees, and certifications:

1. Master of Science in Coaching, Health and Human Performance from Pacific College of Health and Science. Graduated with High Honors and a 4.0. 

2. Bachelor's Degree in Health Psychology from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Graduated Cum Laude. 
Certified Health Coach (CHC): Graduated from the Pacific College of Health and Science.  Their rigorous health coaching program is accredited through the top certifying agency for coaching, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), considered the gold standard. I have been trained and have passed coaching practicums at the PCC level (Professional Certified Coach).

5. Yoga & Meditation Teacher's Teacher (E-RYT500).  I have a background in yoga, meditation, breathwork, stress release, and mindfulness.  While co-founding and running a Yoga & Wellness Center, I created and taught 200 and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, Meditation Training programs, and workshops on Ayurveda, and holistic health. I have also conducted dozens of yoga & wellness retreats all over the world. 

6.  Clinical Ayurveda Specialist (CAS) certification from California College of Ayurveda.   Ayurveda is the ancient Indian system of pro-actively creating health and full system balance.  It works by understanding the fundamental forces of Nature.  Each one of us is a unique combination of these natural forces, making up our unique constitution of body and mind. Ayurveda excels at understanding the root causes of imbalance (according to the Ayurvedic principles) and creating customized programs of food, daily routines, herbal support, and mindfulness practices to bring the system back to a state of balance and health.  The word for this state of ultimate health is Svasta!
