Svasta Wellness LLC
Health Coaching & Consulting Agreement
This Agreement is entered into by and between Svasta Wellness LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the undersigned Client. By signing this Agreement, Client agrees to receive the health coaching and/or consulting services for the program, package, or membership selected and purchased by the Client (the specific details, session count, and duration are outlined in the program or service description provided at the time of registration).
This Agreement applies to all Svasta Wellness services, including The Svasta Method Program and Ongoing Health Coaching Memberships.
1) Nature of Services
Description of Health Coaching:
Health coaching is a collaborative partnership between the Provider and the Client, focused on identifying and implementing personalized strategies to improve health, well-being, and life balance. This process may include goal setting, habit development, lifestyle and mindset shifts, stress management, and exploring the Client’s personal vision for optimal health. Coaching is client-driven, and success depends on the Client’s active participation, openness, and commitment to the process.
Description of Consulting:
In addition to coaching, the Provider may offer wellness consulting—sharing science-backed information, holistic health insights, and personalized lifestyle recommendations based on Ayurveda, modern health research, and midlife wellness strategies. This may include guidance on sleep optimization, hormone balancing strategies, stress resilience practices, nutritional suggestions, and tools to support healthy aging.
Important Note:
Provider is not a licensed medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. All recommendations are for educational and informational purposes only. Client understands that any decisions regarding their health are their personal responsibility and agrees to consult with their healthcare provider before implementing any changes.
2) Provider-Client Relationship
A. Provider adheres to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics (www.Coachfederation.org/ethics). Clients are encouraged to review these ethical standards.
B. Client acknowledges they are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, actions, and outcomes. Provider offers support, guidance, and accountability, but the Client retains full responsibility for their health and choices.
C. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or counseling. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
D. Client understands that health coaching and consulting are comprehensive and may touch upon multiple aspects of life, including health, career, relationships, emotional well-being, and lifestyle habits. Client chooses which areas they wish to focus on.
E. Client understands that coaching does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition. If Client is under the care of a healthcare professional, they agree to inform their provider of this coaching relationship.
F. Client agrees to be open, honest, and fully engaged in the process, and to communicate openly with the Provider for the most effective outcomes.

True progress comes from showing up for yourself, even when the path feels unfamiliar. We’re here to guide and support you every step of the way, but lasting results come from your continued commitment to the journey.
