Meet Your Midlife Wellness & Transformation Coach

Hi, I’m Diana, Founder of Svasta Wellness.
Like many women in midlife, I once felt burned out, frustrated, and disconnected from my own body. Although I’ve dedicated my life to health and wellness, I’ve also been a driven, Type-A entrepreneur, constantly pushing forward. For years, even with high stress, overworking, and relentless demands, I still felt strong, focused, and inspired.
But when long-term stress collided with the hormonal shifts of menopause, everything changed.


Suddenly, fatigue, burnout, poor sleep, diminished stress resilience, body aches, and a sluggish metabolism took over. My body and mind no longer responded the way they once had. The tools and routines that had kept me healthy for years stopped working.
 I went from feeling invincible to utterly defeated—and knew deep down that unless I made significant changes, I was heading toward a life-altering chronic condition.
Determined to rebuild my health, I took a deep dive into the science of longevity, midlife wellness, and the unique needs of women in this stage of life.

I earned a Master’s in Health & Human Performance and became a Certified Health Coach, Sleep Science Coach, and Menopause Specialist.
I blend science-backed strategies, transformative coaching, Ayurveda, mindfulness, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence to help women create real, lasting change.

Most importantly, I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to wake up and feel like a stranger in your own body, to watch the things that once worked suddenly fail you.
Through this journey, I went from defeated and depleted to empowered, inspired, and deeply grateful—grateful for the opportunity to reset, redesign, and reclaim my health and life with newfound wisdom and awareness. By shifting my mindset, I came to see midlife not as a setback, but as a profound opportunity for transformation.
