I earned a Master’s in Health & Human Performance and became a Certified Health Coach, Sleep Science Coach, and Menopause Specialist.
I blend science-backed strategies, transformative coaching, Ayurveda, mindfulness, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence to help women create real, lasting change.
Most importantly, I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to wake up and feel like a stranger in your own body, to watch the things that once worked suddenly fail you.
Through this journey, I went from defeated and depleted to empowered, inspired, and deeply grateful—grateful for the opportunity to reset, redesign, and reclaim my health and life with newfound wisdom and awareness. By shifting my mindset, I came to see midlife not as a setback, but as a profound opportunity for transformation.
